ok ill give yall my statistics so it will make it easier wen i ask for help. i weigh 140 and i am 5'6 on the verge of being 5'7, i have a big bone structure and i hav an athletic build, i have muscle. ok so until june 14 (leave for italy) starting tomorrow may 29 i will eat a piece of fruit or drink 8 oz. of fruit juice for breakfast, lunch will either be a salad or idk something healthy and small and dinner will be w.e is served (but a small portion) or if nothing at all. i will also go to the gym and walk for like 1 hr-1 1/2 hr at a brisk pace (3.5-3.8 mph) uphill. if i dont exercise at the gym i will make sure to get some kind of exercise. so lovlies, please tell me this will help me shed at least from 15-20 pounds in 2 weeks. ta |

today i thoght i would start my 13151 diet. i had 17.5 calorie graham cracker square for breakfast went for a run and sweated a LOT. then like 2 hours later i binge. 2 blueberry muffins (1 eventually turns into 2) then hot cocoa, pasta, bottle caps (candy) and then like 3 servings of light chocolate ice cream haagen daas. i wanna purge it. but thats reeely unhealthy. so im just starting tomorrow. and being extra strict. i hope this works, i want thin so bad. REALLY BAD. wish me luck. |
